Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product should be in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund accordingly.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
